Overview

Karson Living was founded to create homes that support focus, balance and wellbeing for high-performing individuals.

The ambition wasn't to look like a traditional property developer. It was to create a brand that felt closer to a boutique hotel or private members' club, calm, refined and quietly confident. My role was to build a visual identity that reflected that ambition, creating a brand people could trust long before they stepped inside a property.

The Language

Premium brands rarely need to compete for attention.

Drawing inspiration from architecture, hospitality and wellness, I developed a visual language built around generous spacing, refined typography and a muted, material-led palette. Every element was designed to feel deliberate, allowing the brand to communicate confidence without relying on visual excess.

The result is an identity that feels calm, sophisticated and enduring rather than trend-driven.

More Than A Logo

Creating the identity was only the beginning.

To ensure the brand could grow consistently, I developed a flexible design system that included logo lockups, typography rules, colour guidance, layout principles and real-world applications across print and digital.

Rather than documenting assets, the brand guidelines captured the thinking behind the identity, giving future designers, marketers and suppliers a clear framework to build from without losing the character of the brand.

Designing For Longevity

Property brands often evolve over many years, so flexibility was just as important as aesthetics.

The identity was designed to scale across everything from presentations and sales materials to social media and future digital products, ensuring every touchpoint felt recognisably Karson Living while leaving room for the business to grow.

The goal wasn't simply to launch a new brand—it was to create one that could mature over time.
